Highly recommend doing Harmony Birthing classes with your birthing partner.

Feven has a natural way of making the process simplified and easing any worries!!

We 100% recommend having a doula at your side during labor.
Feven was an absolute earth angel!! She guided us every step of the way during the pregnancy and was an absolute blessing during the labour experience.
With her guidance and continued coaching we were able to safely deliver our “large for gestational age” baby naturally without an epidural!

Having her expertise and gentle presence during the labour stage will be the best decision you make during your pregnancy!!

We hired Feven the minute we found out I was pregnant because we had heard great things about her! True to the rumors, she has been a gem to work with. She is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and quietly feisty like myself so I have loved her from the minute we have spent time with her. She has the ability to calm my nerves when I get myself into a panic. She has a gentleness about her that is very reassuring and gets me grounded when I interact with her. I also really like that she is open to difficult conversations and takes 100% responsibility because those are key to having a relationship with us. She is a safe person to work with and I feel supported along this journey that has been hard for us already. I would recommend her to be your birth doula without any hesitation!

We learned so much and Feven is an incredible birth teacher. Would recommend to any first time parents who are looking to increase there knowledge around birth stages, birth concepts and positive ways to prepare for a healthy birth.

The best decision you’ll make as an expecting parent is to have a doula. The second best decision you’ll make is to have Feven as your doula! She was with us every step of the way—before, during, and after our baby was born to help us with our various needs. She was always assisting my husband and I with making decisions that were right for us and our baby, and advocating for those decisions to be honored by others. Her calm demeanor brought a sense of peace and comfort during moments of stress or anxiety. As a mom who chose to breastfeed, the added relief of having a doula who is also a lactation consultant was critical to my navigating the complexities of breastfeeding. The rapport we built throughout my pregnancy and labor provided a seamless transition into postpartumhood where I knew I had a resource I could trust. Feven will always have a special place in our hearts and (willing she has the space and availability) will be “stuck” with us for the future babies to come!

We did the Birthing Workshop with Feven and couldn't recommend it more. The workshop was well paced and covered to breadth of topics in depth. We both feel so much more prepared for the times to come, thank you Feven!

My husband and I attended Feven's workshop on Labour, Birth, and Infant Feeding. It was a great opportunity to meet other couples and learn more about the anatomy and psychology of birth, as well as pain management. Feven has a friendly, knowledgable approach, the workshop was interactive, and we discussed a variety of topics. The workshop included learning materials and guest speakers, and Feven followed-up with more information by email. Great experience!

The time spent during Feven's huddle was just what (I didn't know) I needed. There is immense value in taking time to reflect upon how you reached where you are, right now. With Feven's tools and guidance, I was able to appreciate my small achievements and reconnect with my personal goals and objectives.

Feven's monthly Huddle session was just what I needed today. A calm, safe space to share with other women. We reflected on the month, shared some of our challenges and discussed what we each wanted to focus on in November. We wrapped up with a hypnosis meditation. Thanks Feven!

The work of Feven at Harmony Birth Services is AMAZING!! Highly recommend. I recently attended a much needed group huddle session — it felt safe and comfortable. It was easy to open up and flow through self-work, guided by Feven. After the session, I felt more focused and with more clarity and a new perspective to help achieve my goals. Would highly recommend for anyone who is interested in honing their vision and centering or refocusing their efforts to achieve their goals.
